title: Hongkong Day 1
Hongkong is such a beeaauuuttiifffuulllll place.
It was winter season when we went there.
no snow nothing. just very cold and chilly. Very different from the beachy places we used to go.
Our flight was at 630am on the 15th.
we had to arrive 2 hours, prior to depature.
and sadly, all the DFS shops in there are close. All were closed except those selling liqour and perfume.
and there was hardly anything for breakfast.
No macs at T1 either.
it was a long torturing 4 hours flight.
becos it was jsa, it felt much better
but of cos, nothing to do, nothing to eat.
i fell asleep very quickly on the plane and woke up 1 hour to the end of the journey. thankfully!
The airport express - i took it for the first time.
i had airport transferred ( foc) both ways for the past 2 times i when to hk.
eh hellloo,
how come airport transferred is much faster ah?!!
we arrived at kowloon station within 20 mins.
the way by land will take around 45!
we arrived at our hotel via olympic station,
couldnt check in as usual,
so we went for lunch.
arrived at yaumatei,
and took nearly an hour to search for mido cafe,
but knn - cant find.
being very angry and very hungry,
we stopped at the next avaiable placeto eat.
anyway, hk is a maze.
you can never get right with directions.
eveyrwhere is nathan street! zzz
we headed to langham place ( H&M) for shopping.
very surprised when the bf decided to buy more than me.
they had hello kitty ice age exhibition there.
very cute.
we checked into hotel after that.
our room was good-
cosy enough for two.
no complaints!
and had a glass window full view like this!
we changed, bathed and headed to 1881.
so prettyyyyy! i veyr like!!
it was very fairytale. with horse carriage, carousel.
we walked around TST - and street snack was all around.
so nice.
and the muz eat- curry fishball.
and egg waffle.
and the cannot miss - gong cha!
we went to central to hunt for the famous man kee noodle,
onyl to know that it was closed aftr 8pm.zzz
we walked really alot from tst - central. evertrwhere
and headed to the peak at night.
still very beautiful.
but this time even colder.
when i started complainign and whinning,
yl decided to bring me fr foot reflex.
good-ness!!
had supper at roadside stall
eveyrday i will eat pass 12am.
even at 1am, i am eating hearty meal like claypot rice.
but it was so good!
isnt hk all about eating?!
