title: A dozo experience
My birthday celebration is officially over. boo-hoohoo!!
I had a splendid birthday.. very happy.. very blessed.
be it with my friends,
with yelong,
my family, my cousins.
I had the best of time.
Next year,
is one another year to splurge,
before Mr Kiang and I save up to get married.
(hi baby, when do you want to propose?)
The sweetest guy on earth,
no doubt made me a handmade video (for those who have missed it, catch it in yelong's profile)
I coudnt sleep that night,
overwhlemed with happiness and sweetness.
My surprise number two was a bouquet being delivered to me just before I leave office.

I was on halfday on 26th.
I met stacy and yelong for lunch at soup restaurant.
went back to sleep,
den I left for dinner at dozo.
Jiayi introduced me to this place at valley point.
Nice!
is a ideal place for couple to dine in,
and they have private rooms to carter for larger group of friends.


the setting and ambience was very cosy,
but I find it a little too dark.
( I had to keep using flash to take pictures of my food)
pls beware not to speak so loudly.
it was literally - peaceful and very quiet.
you really have to takenote of your speech and your tone.

they had this interesting cheese sticks. ( it can be eaten), while we browse the menu and choose our food.

next served was this chill refreshing lime juice.
- used to clear the stomach.
yums! very nice!


The first dish : Chef selection of assorted platter.
left to right : salmon, scallop, foie gras.
(they will eve teach you how to eat, which dish to start first)


Next,
Cold Dish : Beef Takaki with shaved parmesan with truffe mayo masako.

I had the platter of air flown sashimi platter.


Side dish : Foie Gras Chawamushi topped with black truffle slice.
: Escargots topped with Yuzu Butter

it looked like a pile of shit,
but it tasted heaven!

soup : Crab Bisque Cuppocino Style
:Double Boiled Beef Consomme.


For the main,
we both had the beef tenderloin on pu ye and granite stone.
(by this dish, i was mad full, i gave almost half to yelong in order not to waste food)



Drinks : Iced Fruity Refresher
: Green Apple mocktail



Dessert : Chocolate Lava Cake
: French cream cheese cake



they wil also serve u a small cupcake,
be it your bdae, anniversary wadsoever,
if you inform them earlier.


it was a pretty experience.
The food was amazing,
UOB card holders has a 20% discount for all set meal till December 2011.
(Sherry, Stacy, Eunice, Jing, Ling anyone who is reading)..
is quite a nice place to patronise.
and for that,
it marks the end of my 24th bdae.
Ps: Did i mention that my speedy is arriving tmr?!!
