title: Formula 1, Sunshine Ray
Stacy gaved me tickets to Formula 1 this year, ( thanks gf for the tix)
on friday,23rd!
Being a sua-ku,
I haven been to such "big" events in my life,
so decided to join in the fun and crowd this year.
Now, I truly understand why... people around me ( probably those who are not interested in such things) always bragged about them not wanting to go event when there is free tickets offered to them.
Firstly,
it was such a pain getting to the place. They blocked off promenade station, and the only station accessible was city hall. Everyone ( those in zone 3,4) had to walk from raffles city - down into esplanade mrt -cross singapore recreational club- along marina square - walk pass madarin oriental - pass ritz carlton before getting into marina bay platform. it was a long and hasty walk.
the first race practice ended at 730. while everyone was walking out, yelong and I decided to walk in and wait for the next race to start. I was initally v excited, but the long walk tired me out. especially when fillipinos..angmohs..and prc are all around me, irritated the shit out of me. haha.
lucky for us,
when we arrived, some drivers were stil pracitising.
so we had was just glimpse of cars passing thru. and very loud pericing sounds.
we din know the 2nd round of practice started, no news no nothing.
just suddenly, alot of cars just flew by.
a few rounds,
i got rather cranky, so we decided to go home.
anyway, we had quite a gd view of MBS and raffles place from our seat.

Regardlessof anything,
it was a ' good' expeirence.
most probably my one and only time watching formula 1.
Tuesday,
Yelong and I both took leave.
so we decided to spend e day with rayray and joanne.
such a lovable boy.

treated her to jap food.
and yelong was busy runing around..carrying ray..chasing after him..
displaying sich fatherly aura.
rayhan was mostly carried by him and I tink they share a very love-hate relationship.
haha.

i checked in at TM,
cheng saw and decided to pop by to say hello to ray and us.
we spent the whole afternoon at joanne place catching up.
